Warranty Period
Mini Maker offers a one-year (12-month) limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of the bill or invoice. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, the manufacture date as recorded by Mini Maker will be deemed the start of the warranty period. Please find the product series number on the product and carton. Please do not remove the series number sticker from the machine.
Warranty Product
The Warranty does not cover bundled accessories delivered with the product such as the SSD heatsink, cable, manual, sticker, bag, protection materials, carton, etc. If the Product fails during normal and proper use within the warranty period, Mini Maker will repair or replace the defective parts of the product, or the product itself, with new or reconditioned parts or products that are functionally equivalent to or superior to those originally supplied.

Exclusions from this limited Warranty Service
The warranty only covers technical hardware issues during the Warranty Period and in normal use conditions. Below are the exclusions from this warranty service.
How to request the warranty service
1. Please bring a copy of this completed warranty card, a copy of the purchasing invoice/receipt, and the Product Series Number when making an RMA request to expedite the process. (Mini Maker reserves the right to request the original documents).
2. Before you send the product for repair, ensure that you have fully backed up all the data stored on the product and removed any personal, confidential, or proprietary information. You agree that the Service Center may delete any data, software, and programs installed on the product without restoring them. Mini Maker should not be held responsible for the permanent loss, damage, or misuse of your data.
3. Customers should keep the original packing. If the product needs to be returned for repair, the original packaging offers better protection during transportation. Alternatively, the product should be packed in safe and stable packaging that meets the following requirements:
(1) Use a rigid box with complete protection packing materials.
(2) Remove any labels, hazardous materials indicators, and other previous shipment markings on the box that are not related to this Mini PC product.
(3) Wrap all items carefully and clearly mark any notices.
(4) Use adequate cushioning material.
(5) Use strong tape to secure and protect the Mini PC.
(6) Write or print the address label clearly, including complete delivery and return information.
Customer Responsibilities
1. Read the user manual or watch the video first to learn how to use the product properly.
2. Periodically back up the data stored on the product.
3. Check the manual and the Mini Maker website for troubleshooting solutions before contacting the customer service.

- Damage to this product caused by end users or any unauthorized third party.
- The serial number has been removed, obliterated, or altered from the product.
- The product being serviced or repaired by anyone other than a Mini Maker Authorized Service Provider.
- Damage to the product caused by third party software or viruses; or software and data loss that may occur during repair or replacement.
- Modification of the BIOS. If you want to alter the [Power Limit Select] setting in the BIOS, please do not change any other BIOS settings.
- Damage to the product caused by improper installation, improper connection, or malfunction of devices such as incorrect adaptor, USB device, monitor, etc.
- Damage to the product caused by external electrical faults or accidents.
- Any defects caused by abnormal voltage, lightning, or natural calamities occurring while in transit to the service center.
- Accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, improper or inadequate maintenance or calibration, or other external causes.
- Fraud, theft, unexplained disappearance, or damages/detrimental circumstances caused by a willful act of the customer.
- Damage to the product caused by war, terrorism, fire, accidents, natural disasters, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or use under abnormal conditions.
